✨Art/natural building: Fostering creativity and expression with nature
✨Mindful Movement: Self Expression and physical coordination with music, dance & yoga. Encourage balance, mindfulness, healing feelings through play, emotional regulation, breathing, and physical well-being
✨Reading: Explore books that are appropriate and engaging on a topic like animals, plants, nature, emotional regulation, & mindfulness
✨Nature Based Education: plant, animal, & tree identification, nature walks
✨Free play at the park
✨Woman’s Community Circle Led in Dunnellon, Florida every last Friday of the month from 5-8pm
