•Art/natural building: Fostering creativity and expression with nature

•Mindful Movement: Self Expression and physical coordination with music, dance & yoga. Encourage balance, mindfulness, healing feelings through play, emotional regulation, breathing, and physical well-being

•Reading: Explore books that are appropriate and engaging on a topic like animals, plants, nature, emotional regulation, & mindfulness

•Nature Based Education: plant, animal, & tree identification, nature walks

•Free play at the parks
